To grow our team, we need to hire ADMINISTRATIVE and HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT who will support our team in all the office, administrative, and HR activities and will work close to people to achieve a high level of employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assistance and organising the recruitment process – organising interviews, scheduling meetings, informing and communicating with job applicants;
  • Maintenance of the documentation regarding the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees;
  • Conducting the introduction program for new team members – onboarding company presentation, information about labor contracts, internal company rules, support and mediation in the communication with team members, etc.;
  • Assistance and participation in career forums and events – preparing marketing materials, company presentations, communication with partners and job candidates, etc.;
  • Organization of company events and teambuilding events;
  • Organization and conducting of internal company activities, team games, and thematic meetings, aiming to contribute to an excellent atmosphere and motivation in the office;
  • Support and update of company information on social network pages;
  • Administrative assistance in all office activities – documentation, office supplies, needed materials, etc.

Requirements

  • English language skills
  • Computer literacy, MS Office/ Google Workspace;
  • Excellent communication, positive attitude and behavior, collegiality;
  • Orientation towards searching for innovative approaches to achieve high motivation and a good working atmosphere;
  • High loyalty to the company and employees;
  • Excellent organisational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
